Julien Rouger Itinerant astrologer

Who am I?

I want to share my passion for astrology and introduce you to natural astrology, a realistic and precise approach that I have been practicing for over 20 years.

Astrologer and scientist, in my practice as an astrologer I favor clear communication in order to provide you with all the nuances of your birth chart.

I love the authenticity of exchanges and it is a pleasure for me to accompany you on this journey through the planetary and zodiacal potentialities of your birth sky.

Come on board and book right away your birth chart reading (on a free donation basis❤️).

Passionate astrologer

A curious and persevering self-taught person, I trained intensively in natural astrology, also called conditionalist astrology, thanks to the numerous writings made available by the conditionalist school.

I complemented my training through a regular long-term collaboration with Richard Pellard, founding astrologer of ARIANA, the Association for Research and Information in Natural Astrology.

Having become general secretary of ARIANA, I am also the webmaster and technical manager of its AstroAriana website, the first online conditionalist astrology portal in terms of content and visits, totaling more than 400,000 views and more than 180,000 active users each year (Google Analytics statistics).

Having been in personal contact with Jean-Pierre Nicola, the founding astrologer of the conditionalist school, I have personally met many conditionalists from all walks of life.

Scientist at heart

My scientific background makes me an atypical astrologer: native of Lille (France) where I followed preparatory classes for the Grandes Ecoles (mathematics, physics and engineering sciences), then graduated as an engineer from the École centrale de Lyon, I wanted afterwards to diversify my training by completing a doctoral thesis in neuroscience at the Faculty of Medicine of Toulouse.

I chose to complement this thesis with a postdoctoral fellowship in neuroscience at the Faculty of Psychology in Glasgow (Scotland), then with work as a computer engineer-developer at the Faculty of Psychology and Neuroscience in Maastricht (Netherlands).

This training provided me with multidisciplinary scientific and technical expertise, particularly in neuroscience and psychology. Thanks to my 15 years of international experience, I am completely bilingual in English and I have good knowledge of Dutch.

For more than 10 years I have worked as an independent teacher to offer university students support courses in mathematics, statistics and French as a foreign language. This allows me to devote more time to my passion for astrology.
